All doctors as well as the nurses speak English and most of them speak Papiamentu (the local language), Dutch and Spanish. There is also specialized medical air transportation available to U.S Venezuela and Colombia. Marine Curacao offers various natural harbors and marinas for yachts of all sizes. There are several ship yards capable of all type of repair. There are even dry docks available for repair and maintenance on large ships like cruise ships and tankers. If the marine stores do not have a certain item at hand it can be ordered and delivered by courier, air mail or by ship.
